Feta Quiche and Asparagus

I attempted to make a quiche last night for my roommate and I. In saying that I actually succeeded at making the quiche but it took 20 extra minutes in our oven because our oven is slightly really awful.

Anyways.

I made a quiche, grilled asparagus, and a spinach salad. And it turned out deliciously.

Ingredients:
Feta Cheese
Milk (1 cup)
Eggs (4)
Frozen Pie Crust
***
Asparagus
Vegetable Oil
***
Spinach Leaves
Tomatos
Carrots
Dressing

Part of the reason I like the recipe is because it's so easy and so good. All you have to do is cover the bottom of the pie crust with about half an inch of crumbled feta. You mix the eggs and milk in another bowl and then pour it on top of the feta and slip it in the oven on 350 degrees. Simple right?
For the asparagus, we don't have a grill so I put them on a pan and poured some vegetable oil on top (move the asparagus around until the oil is evenly spread) then put them in the oven for around 15 minutes. These were big asparagus so adjust the time if you use the skinny ones.

And that makes a great dinner. With tons of left over quiche.
